CONTACTLESS SERVICES

Our priority is the health and safety of our customers and staff. To maintain the social distancing guidelines specified by the Australian Government, our deliveries will be contactless.

Cut off time for Same Day Delivery service is 2.00pm, if you would like to place an order for sameday delivery after 2pm please call one of our stores.

All of our deliveries are made between 9am and 7pm, preferred times are noted, but not guaranteed. If you require an express service, please select ASAP at checkout.

Delivery’s may be outside these hours as this is just a general guideline for expected delivery times. We are unable to specify an exact time for delivery. Whilst every effort is made to keep to the above delivery schedule, occasionally situations arise which are out of our control resulting in delays to the time frames listed above. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. If the recipient is unable to accept a delivery at the specified address and it is safe to do so, the order will be left at the door at the discretion of the driver. If there is nowhere safe to leave the flowers or the driver cannot access the delivery address, the number registered with the order will be contacted. So please make sure the phone is answered as a redelivery fee will be charged if we must bring the flowers back to our store. Please note if you choose standard delivery to a business address, you take the risk of it not being delivered within business hours.
