Shipping Policy

At Rose & Co, we understand that the timely delivery of fresh flowers is crucial to our customers. That's why we offer fast and reliable delivery services at competitive prices.

We offer two delivery options: before 5 pm or before 7 pm. If, for any reason, your flowers don't arrive by the specified time, simply inform our team and we'll refund the shipping cost without any questions asked.

If you need your order delivered at a specific time eg. an AM delivery or for a funeral service please do not place your order online call our head office on Ph: 0476 667 666 to place your order. 

Please note that the cut-off time for same-day delivery is 12:30 pm. If you want to place an order after that, please call one of our stores. We want to ensure that your flowers arrive in the best possible condition, so please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours.

If the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe place, at their discretion. If there is no safe place or the driver cannot access the delivery address, we will contact the phone number provided with the order. To avoid additional fees, please make sure you answer the phone.

 

We offer real-time tracking for your package, so you can keep track of its progress from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep. If you choose standard delivery to a business address, please note that there is a risk of it not being delivered during business hours.
